At NEETData.com, we aim to provide students with the best-quality study materials, including Kota notes and teacher's resources. Since our products include both digital downloads and physical deliveries, our refund and return policies are outlined separately below.

🧾 1. Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks, Notes, etc.)

As digital products are instantly delivered and can be copied, we do not offer refunds on any downloadable items.

❌ No Refunds on Digital Items

  • All digital downloads are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Please read product descriptions and contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.

⚠️ If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact our support team immediately.

📦 2. Physical Products (Printed Notes & Books)

We strive to ensure that every physical order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, we accept replacements as per the conditions below:

✅ Eligible for Replacement (not refund) if:

  • You received the wrong item (subject mismatch, class mismatch).

  • You received a damaged product (photos required within 24 hours of delivery).

🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.

  • You ordered by mistake.

  • You provided an incorrect address.

  • The product is delayed due to courier issues beyond our control.

🔄 How to Request a Replacement

If you are eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear photo/video of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

⏳ Refunds (if approved)

Refunds are issued only in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Product not available after payment and we are unable to fulfill your order

Refunds (if any) will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund/replacement request based on the evidence provided.

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated requests, misuse) may lead to account restrictions.
