At NEETData.com, we offer both digital downloads and physical delivery of NEET study materials. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.

📦 1. Types of Products

We provide two types of products:

a) Digital Products (PDF, eBooks, Notes, etc.)

• ✅ Delivered instantly to your registered email or download link page after payment confirmation.

• ⏱️ If you don’t receive your file within 15 minutes, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

• ⚠️ Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

b) Physical Products (Printed Kota Notes, Books, etc.)

• Shipped via reliable courier services (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post).

• Available only within India at the moment.

🚚 2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

• Digital products: ₹0 – Free delivery via email/download.

• Physical orders:

  • ₹49 – Standard shipping (under ₹999 order value)

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

📝 4. Order Processing

• All physical orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

• You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

🚫 5. Delays & Exceptions

We strive for timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather disruptions or natural disasters

• Courier strikes or transportation issues

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

📮 6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is damaged, please share clear photos with your order ID within 24 hours of delivery.

• If your package is lost, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or re-send your order if verified.
